This bug is still happening on Lift v63, not sure how to reproduce yet but i believe it's by adding stairs above the lift.

I found a similar thing using v1.7.9.0, this is from a heap dump with 0 players online so there should be 0 CraftPlayer instances  Seems like it comes from...

The commands need to be executed as if they were run by the player, I don't know how that plugin works but if they make the commands run through console...
