newbie permissions?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. in newbie v3.22 you added

newbie subcommands to add/remove newbies and checktime

I checked https://github.com/ChanceSD/PvPManager/wiki/Permissions And I opened the plugin.yml

But I cant seem to see permissons for these? Were permissions forgotten?

Describe the solution you'd like Permissions for all specific commands in the plugin!

It's pvpmanager.admin or usually just being OP, same thing for most admin commands but yes I should add specific ones
