Description of the enhancement. ✍🏻

The scrollbar present in the website is very basic, and not match with UI of the website

Describe briefly how you would implement this enhancement.

Some steps to implement this enhancement-
1.add style to the scroll bar
2. add a hover effect to it
3. add color properties to the scrollbar
