Description of the enhancement. ✍🏻

I want to make the vertical scroll bar look good according to the webpage theme. Please assign this issue to me.

Describe briefly how you would implement this enhancement.

Some steps to implement this enhancement-
1. Step 1 - write CSS code for the scroll bar.
2. Step 2 - change the theme according to the existing theme of the webpage.
3. Step 3 - make it smooth for scrolling.
