You can see our loading function here: load_twitch. The sentence you quote is from the original source of the datasets here, I recommend looking there and at our function for details. Let me know if you have any more specific questions.

Hi, Thank you for replying. But all I can see in your link are just numbers. My question was, what are those numbers exactly meaning. For example, the games played represented as 5-dim one-hot vectors at first 5 columns, etc.
