update to bloc 8.0.0

Looks like the latest bloc version has some breaking changes, but should be simple to migrate https://bloclibrary.dev/#/migration

Hey you could probably start with bloclibrary.dev migration docs, but be careful with the concurrency stuff introduced in 8.0, that will probably break some functionality and have hard to catch bugs
