Enhanced tracking protection setting does not being saved

What happened?

Good day! I have installed the latest Waterfox v.6.5.6. on my Linux Mint 22.1 Xia (Xfce edition). In Settings --> Privacy and Security --> Enhanced Tracking Protection, I choose Strict option. But, when I close Waterfox and after that launch it again, this setting automatically reverts to the default Standard option. I have the same issue with the Windows version of Waterfox. Currently I'm using Windows 10 verison 21H2.

I have the same issue, Linux Mint Debian Edition 6, Waterfox 6.5.10 and on Windows 11 24H2.

FIX THIS!

Do you need help producing this? Uninstall waterfox, delete leftover hidden folders, install waterfox, try to set enhanced protection to strict and restart browser. It doesn't save.

Have tested with 6.6 and on macOS and Windows - this should no longer be an issue
