Current behavior

I would like to use a mobile installation on an USB flash drive. Placing any data in %appdata% will break this approach.

Expected behavior

Can you please add a config like 'target = portable' as described in https://www.electron.build/configuration/win ?

I'll add this to roadmap and investigate if we can do this safely and implement is as soon as time allows,
