Current behavior

When the Dracula interface theme is selected, any default tag color (not customized) is borderline unreadable. The default color is "Electric Blue" with white text on top of it.

Expected behavior

Readable default tag colors. If you look at how the other themes are set up, the default tag colors are basically a lighter shade of the background color that they overlay.

Steps to reproduce

1. Select Dracula interface theme.
2. Create a new tag without color.
3. Strain your eyes.
4. Go blind.

Environment

• Boostnote version: 0.16.1
• OS version and name: macOS 10.13.6

Yeah, this needs tweaking.
