[Request] Macro Guide

It would be nice to have a guide on how to use the SoundBoard with macros. Right now it produces short macros, but it doesn't include looping or playing it only for one player.

SoundBoard Macros are missing some functionality at the moment.

I'm hoping I can re-add the Journal Insert functionality to work with the new v10 journals, and may look at extending Macro functionality further with this change.

If this work is completed, I'll add some more in depth help documentation for this.
