Description

Good evening,

The feature provided in Settings -> Security -> Encryption & Credentials towards encrypting the user data doesn't work. It's rebooting the Bliss OS into the screen lock UI.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to `Settings` -> `Security` -> `Encryption & Crendentials`.
2. Click on `Encrypt tablet`.
3. Go through enabling encryption procedure.
4. UI shows Android logo and shortly after reboots into screen lock.
