mGBA is an an accurate emulator for GBA, but a par one for the GB/SGB/GBC: they don't prioritize accuracy in that department. SameBoy has a retroarch core. Not exactly sure the way to go about compiling for wasm, but from what I have read through, I think it's trivial on your end?

This should be doable, though I'm pretty sure mGBA does have pretty good accuracy for GB/GBC emulation? (At least better than Gambatte.) If you want to build it yourself, instructions are here.

mGBA's accuracy of the GB systems is functional for most things, though there are edge cases that don't work, and there are better emulators for it that focus on accuracy, rather than playability.
