RetroArch menu loads after you select a core (feature request)

maybe make it where the retroarch menu would open after you select a core, then you can select the content, change settings, ext.

This probably won't be a feature in webretro, but I was thinking about making a side-project that tries to be as close to the RetroArch application as possible. I wouldn't start work on this until after v6.6 at the earliest, and this DOES NOT MEAN that webretro won't be worked on after that.

Will your side project or webretro going to be your main project?

Webretro will probably still be my main project, the side project will probably take much less work, since it will use emscripten's IDBFS for persistent data, and it (probably) won't be embeddable.
