[FR] Add a setting for format-on-paste across all documents

Feature Description

I really like being able to paste from pdfs and have the text auto-formatted using the tfFormatOnPaste property.

I'd really appreciate a way to have this feature always on. That is, a setting that applies to all documents without having to add the tfFormatOnPaste property.
