[Eventhubs] Updated perf tests

Includes:

  • New EventPerfTest based receiving test
  • Updated existing send tests to use BatchPerfTest base
  • Added perf test for buffered sender
  • Added system test for uamqp perf
  • Removed old T1 tests and receive tests
