Same behavior as #14142, but this is much less intrusive. The major problem is risk of regressions

By "Dictionary output postprocessing: custom scripts" you mean custom user scripts that could run before adding the card to Anki? Postprocessing cards have been a problem for me since day...

Also, allow us to define rules for this specifically, so it can produce e.g. conventional commits
