Please Help!

Install Failed! system.componentmodel.win32Exceptiopn (0x80004005): The system cannot find the file specified at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithShellExcecuteEx(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)

My file directory is correct and everything is installed in there.
