Mod assistent doesnt seem to install the correct version of mods

I'm using 1.37.1 and when I open Mod Assistant, select the mods to install, and they show as successful. But when opening Beat Saber they all get removed and put under the Old 1.29.1 folder. I have already deleted the beat saber directory and reinstalled but that same thing happens.
