Mod Assistant Not Finding Download Versions List

As the title says, when I launched Mod Assistant after some time off, I clicked on the "I Agree" prompt when opening the app, but when doing to, I got an error box saying, "Could not download versions list. Mods tab disabled. Please restart to try again." I have restarted the app and even reinstalled with no change. mod assistant not working Edit: Added screenshot
