OneClick Install always gives Unrecognized argument error

I only open this issue because I haven't found a solution anywhere. I tried uninstalling and installing mod assistant again. It's placed on the desktop on the same drive as the beat saber installation. I checked the installation path that it uses and it is correct. I disabled and reenabled one click installs for BeatSaver (I got the OneClick install handlers registered message). But no luck. I manually open the one click install link with the mod assistent by choosing it.

I also tried downloading some of the debug builds that have been shared on this group but they either failed to produce a log at all or the log followed expectations.

I asked on the official discord and they suggested that mod assistant might not have writing permission. But I tripple checked and it definitely does. Furthermore it used to work just fine.

If anybody has an idea of how to fix this, I'd be more than grateful. Otherwise I'll just have to keep installing manually again^^
