While ModAssistant has focus; my screen's refresh rate drops to 60 (or lower, unsure)

Windows 10; RTX 2080 Super; 1440p@165hz.

While mod assistant is the currently focused window; it clearly lowers the refresh rate of my mouse cursor, it's annoying. Unsure why this would happen but if you can fix it that would be amazing <3

Interesting! Does it only happen when Mod Assistant is in focus and the mouse is over MA? Or does it happen anywhere on screen when MA is in focus?

anywhere on screen, it's almost like the frame rate can't keep up for some reason, or it's deliberately lowered
