Provide example for MT9J001/MT9J003 parallel communication.

Could you provide a small example on how to drive the MT9J001/MT9J003 without your USB breakout board?

It would be enough to have pseudo code which configures the camera for a small resolution and all the neccesary GPIO to read out the pixel bits at a given clock speed.

That would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry no, we abandoned the project in favour of a more high end approach.
