bugfix: resolve absence of "ClientSideToggleMenuItem"

Hi. According to @LuanRT - mentioned here - it's perfectly normal that new classes pop up - so since I'm debugging some issues with your extension I decided to create this PR. Direct reason:

I tested proposed changes by uninstalling FastStream and loading a local copy as a temporary plugin - no more console warnings.
