Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Grants are currently email based but we need to be able to redeem grants from codes too in case we give away physical grant code cards.

Since physical conferences are not a thing right now, this is currently unimportant.

Describe the solution you'd like Implement a special route (eg /#/grant/{code}) which allows the user to claim the given grant code

Design here but might need a revisit from @alesinka to bring it up to our current design: https://github.com/AdExNetwork/organization/issues/88
