Steps to reproduce:

1. Put v-tooltip on element X, with the text "hello world!"
2. Hover on element X and wait for the tooltip to be shown with the text "hello world!"
3. While the tooltip is still displayed (in your code) update the text of the tooltip to be "bye world!"

Expected result: The tooltip text would be changed to "bye world"

Actual result:

1. The text stays "bye world!"
2. Even after un-hover and re-over, the text stays "hello world!"
