Title Bar Issue with Aero and Transparent Style Themes

The title bar of the Aero and Transparent style themes does not display correctly, resulting in a white color instead of the transparent appearance transparent Win 11 Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631

@unishkov Use the dark theme after that, or use the acrylic mode. This issue is showing in the new windows 11 versions, but will try to fix that.

@Akascape tried applying dark theme after this one – white title bar became black, the buttons are now readable, which is an improvement. Would be great to see the fix to go full transparent. Thank you!
