Missing dependencies

If you are using setup.sh on fresh system you are missing wget. You should add it in: echo "Installing prerequisites for pacaur..."

The setup script is somewhat incomplete anyway and misses a few things I use. The reason being that I don't execute this script regularly anymore (I used to to set up VMs). PRs welcome if you care about it. :-)
