When not using infinite scroll, there should be a button for transitioning between previous and next chapters at the beginning and end of a chapter, respectively.

Changing this issue because I think a better solution would be having two buttons for chapter transitioning in all readers, but I haven't implemented it yet because I'm still on the fence about where to position them.
