Can't get/don't understand how to get the bot working

Hi! I want to use this bot, but I am newbie and I don't know how to do it I followed the instructions, made an app in my.telegram.org, made a bot with BotFather.. And now? What do I have to do? A video could be great to understand what to do Thanks!
