Add cron functionality

The script should be able to run as a cron to keep Tailscale updated all the time.

  • [ ] Create --cron parameter
  • [ ] Taking care of a proper (!) backup of config and binaries - at least for devices with enough space
  • [ ] Reduce output
  • [ ] Create possibility to install cron job
