from @danielsclint - The example_manifest.yaml that downloads and sets up the example folders is hard coded to read from the “compiled” python egg. This doesn’t provide much flexibility to point the download manifest to another location for ARC. At some point, it would be good to make this cli create command a little more flexible to read and process a user specified manifest.
