MT5 Indicator too slow warning and system stabillity

I got this warning while the Terminal is hanging for 20 seconds or so:

it's happening frequently enough for me to ask you for solution

Please save your indicator settings to a ".set" file and send it over for verification.

here it is: I've changed the extension of the file to .txt because GITHUB not supporting .set files feel free to change it to .set
