IRC - ignore buffer playback on connect

I'm using Ergo IRC server, which sends playback history for every new user.

Obviously, this is a problem with Matterbridge after a server or bot restart.

To Reproduce: connect Matterbridge to any Ergo server with default settings

Expected behavior: ignore previously relayed messages

Environment (please complete the following information):

• Matterbridge version: 1.26.0 6dafebc7
