If the user isn't planning to use LaTeX, LaTeX shouldn't be a requirement

Similarly if the user doesn't use markdown they should be able to delete the template.html.hkl file

Make the program demand less from the user

LaTeX is now an optional dependency, heckle will only warn the user if it isn't installed

Still considering options for letting the user delete the template.html.hkl file if they want to, but that is less of a priority
