Missing the 'ft' ligatures

Hey, I'm absolutely loving Bodoni* -- I'm using it on my business cards, amongst other places I think it looks great -- but I was hoping to address a missing set of ligatures, ft and fft. I know that there's a lot going on here, and I'm not sure how to contribute, but I'd love to help out beyond just raising the issue.
