App not refreshing on Mac

I'm using version 5.3.1 on MacOS Sonoma 14.7.2 (M1 MacBook), but the temperature does not update automatically. When I click the "Refresh" button it does update though. I'm not seeing any errors. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the application with no luck. Is there anything else that can be done?

I downgraded to version 5.2.1 and it seems to be updating automatically.

Version 5.4.0 should be up shortly. Can you please try that one? Let me know!
