@trader-payne do you mean setting he `BLOCK_INGESTOR` env variable in docker-compose?
@dcbartlett yes im using `bash` and i do have `oh-my-bash` setup
I think its defenitely due to the '-'. Maybe when the local environment makes the call it gets the right result back
Note: The bug here is that the error is marked non-deterministic instead of deterministic

And there is no errors for that subgraph? Do you see a log like "Starting or restarting subgraph" after the docker restart?
