right-click+download on gifs produce files with no extension

seems it's not possible to properly fix right now. (cf https://stackoverflow.com/questions/39034022/can-you-set-filename-for-save-as-on-an-image-with-a-data-url )

I also tried explicitly instantiating a file object, but it also didn't work (cf https://github.com/w3c/FileAPI/issues/203 )
