[MIGRATION] Migrate from NextJS API App Router to ExpressJS Application

Development

This development is done in the migration branch. You can check out that branch you if you want to see all the work that has been done till yet. The development is being done in the migration branch

Context

So a few days ago, in a community call with Dev, we talked that Timeloom should be based on a separate server for many reasons, and this is a result of such only.
