Import all definitions into main `nidm.owl` file

From NIDM call on Sept. 11th, 2017:

• We need to write a script to copy all the definitions from the imports directly into https://raw.githubusercontent.com/incf-nidash/nidm/master/nidm/nidm.owl so that we can view those definitions we dereferencing a NIDM term, e.g. http://purl.org/nidash/nidm#NIDM_0000007
