Recommender IDs in log are wrong after re-import of project

Describe the bug When exporting a project (including the log) and importing that project again, the recommender IDs change and the imported log needs to be updated accordingly...

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Export a project which contains evaluation events
2. Import the project again
3. Observe that the recommender IDs in the evaluation event log of the imported project still point at the original project instead of at the recommenders in the new project

Expected behavior The IDs should point to the recommenders of the imported project.
