Support relations in HTML editor

Hello, relations between spans cannot be created by keeping left mouse botton pressed starting from gouvernor until dependent within HTML Apache annotator. Left click gouvernor, right click dependent works. Relations are not indicated by rubber band arcs in HTML Apache annotator view.

That is correct. The Apache Annotator-based HTML editor does currently not support relations.
