Ability to change concept IRI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When creating new concepts in INCEpTION, the IRI is randomly generated. That does not look very nice e.g. when exporting. Also, one cannot create concepts that mimic an externally existing concept.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be great if the automatically created IRI could be changed.
