Clone a project with ALL the settings (tagsets, layers, recommenders, etc.)

Describe alternatives you've considered Export then import, but not practical.

I thought we already had an issue for this, but when I was looking for it to make this one as a duplicate, I was unable to find it... so thanks for opening the issue!
