Allow re-ordering of features
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Features are currently ordered alphabetically e.g. in the annotation detail editor panel - but this order is not always the desired one.
Describe the solution you'd like Allow the user to configure the order of features in the feature settings. The nicest solution would be having the ability to drag/drop features into the desired order in the feature list.
Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative could be to add some numeric field to the feature details where the user enters a number that is used for ordering. Essentially, the drag-and-drop would also use such a field, but if drag-and-drop is difficult, allowing the user to directly edit the field could be at least a way forward.
