Mark required document-level annotations if required features are not set

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Document-level annotations are currently to included in annotation validation (I think) and in the sidebar, invalid annotations are not highlighted.

Describe the solution you'd like

There should be a marked on invalid/incomplete annotations in the document metadata sidebar and some tooltip showing the validation problems.
