Endpoint listing the endpoints

It would be nice if one could e.g. access the base URL for the Ariadne server and get a list there with all the endpoints that the server offers any maybe a bit of metadata (e.g. server version). That endpoint could also be conveniently used to check if the server is actually up and running.
