Idea: sort by random

Having a comprehensive list of as many design systems as possible is really great, but when you want to look at a component, it's annoying to have the same few design systems that happen to start with the letter A always at the top

Ideally you'd be able to sort by "popularity" in some way, but that'd require more data

I think the next best thing could simply be an option to sort by random.

Most of the time you're looking through, you're thinking "I just want some examples of X"

Another easily achievable sorting idea is sorting by the "size" of a design system. I.e. how many components do we have listed of a given design system.

It's a rough metric but might at least be somewhat correlative with how much work has been put into a DS and is easily achievable with the current data we have access to.

Thanks, I like the idea of a random sort. I'll add it to the backlog.

Not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for but you can sort design systems by 'Component count' which gives you the design systems with most components first. I'll see what's involved in also adding this to component pages.
