where is temp folder? and can I resume a broken download lost in list?

Amazing! I use this a lot. One question: sometimes my Chrome crashes and when I re-open, TDM list is wiped clean. If I re-download the last broken mission again, it says "a file with the same name already exists". Can I resume the mission? If not, where can I remove the old temporary file? those files could be big and occupy disk space.
