My username of the computer has the name "luísaguiar" with the special caracter. To work with the converter I must download in app every time the ffmpeg because of the path location of the ffmpeg. After I close the extension the ffmpeg path is modified with some sort of "lu?saguiar" and stops working. Even if I download the ffmpeg-20180227-fa0c9d6-win64 to different simple path the system like c:\ffmpeg-20180227-fa0c9d6-win64\ffmpeg.exe and put that path manually it won't work. Only way is to download every time in the extension the codec. oh! And the old version was quicker... I was very keen to this extension. Starting to look for alternatives ...

I am not able to reproduce this. What is the media converter version and your browser version?
